That link doesn't show naked shorts because that is a link to short interest, not short volume. It also shows that there are no fails to deliver, which means any naked shorting that is occurring is covered before the stock settles.
In short... Shorting is not a problem with OPTI.
The problem is OPTI is a scam, controlled by a lying serial scammer.
