Well I would hope that this company is just down on their luck. Being down on the luck spectrum may not always be a bad outcome because it creates great opportunities for the most part. For example, most won't touch this if it were in the dollars because most would think it's overvalued without knowing the scope of what is really going on. So being given an opportunity to get into a stock this cheap is almost like getting in at ground floor if the comeback story meets expectations.
