So this is a squeeze out of small investors. Probably to go private after this.

CCUR was one of my first investments many years ago. Too long ago to remember, 1990's.

I see that CCUR Real Time just announced they were being bought out by a British company.

Vecima, a Canadian firm, has the VOD stuff. Still with offices in Duluth GA.
