You are right if you refer to normally regulated markets, including 'up to a point' the OTCQX and the OTCQB.

However, Pink markets may trade without being registered with the SEC and represent highly speculative penny stocks ONLY LOOSELY regulated ... if at all. GRST being a sub-sub penny stock certainly will not attract any regulator if some do what is illegal in serious markets.

Let's hope management figure out a way to uplisted our shares.
