These are false claims man. This public company is not "shut down," and has not filed for bankruptcy. To the contrary, it is before the Delaware Chancery Court looking for relief that involves affirming Ziv is out of the entity, and must release the company records to DGF and Kugelman. My stickie and the responses to it contain information for anyone interested in seeing what's really happening.

I appreciate any contributions Ziv made to the patent applications. I appreciate the fact he assigned those patents to One World Cannabis.

Aside from his scientific contributions, Ziv has presented more problems than solutions. Remember the New York lawsuit that happened because Ziv didn't understand the English language? A lot of money went to that litigation the company later walked away from. Remember the New York conference video in which he demonstrated his lack of command of the English language? The PPS took a nose dive once viewers saw his lack of meaningful content and public speaking skills. Have you seen his Twitter feed? He is obsessed with Israeli politics. He SHOULD focus on what is important to him. It became clear to me the patents, the company's success, and the shareholders here were not at the top of his priority list. He sued OWCP and received enough money to invest elsewhere.

I think he is better suited for his current role, business development, with Cannible Food Tech--an Israeli Ltd company that manufactures products I would not consume. They were not acquired by CATV which was a rumor created by OWCP and CATV shareholders. They have a JV that allows them another retail outlet and access to hemp. People need to want those types of products and they do appeal to some, but not to me.

Ziv has been replaced and moved on(to more lucrative dealings) and this company is bankrupt and shut down again. That means ZERO money saved and NO Income ever!!!
