$0.022 per kWh for the electricity for the first four years.
Doesn't that say it all, you can't get a cheaper electricity price anywhere in the world. The government is a federal system set up in "94 like our own, here in the US. I don't see a problem.
Especially since BFARF plans on sending all of the older mining machines there
