Morningstar reaffirms its $18 Fair Value Estimate for ET, in a well reasoned analysis dated April 16. Remember that this is different than a price target set by analysts, and is an assessment of fair valuation.

Energy Transfer remains one of the most undervalued midstream firms in our coverage, trading 55% below our fair value estimate.
