Too late! The SEC already knows about the shenanigans going on here at ADHC. Remo had ADHC deregister from filing with the SEC way back 2006. ADHC has recently submitted a number of totally meaningless and useless 8Ks.
The only people going to make money off this scam are going to be the lawyers as per usual. From the pockets of many to the pockets of a few.
