I don’t think he is that bad. He is way way better than most of the pennystock CEO’s I have ever witnessed.
He is obviously enthusiastic about what they have accomplished and loves his “humblfamily”.
Unfortunate he was rolled into this company through a reverse merger IMO. It came with more problems than he might have realized. And I am not sure if they will overcome all of them.

But thousands of startups like his out there scrambling for money for their exit - guess they had no choice and somehow believed a r/m was some sort of novel idea to get to Nasdaq. He’s got one heck of a long road to go for that to happen.


The problem is less about the company and what they are doing but more with the vehicle (r/m into non reporting SEC company with a crap load of existing outstanding shares) they chose to get them there.
