Not weird at all. You didnt look very hard. This garbage scam was pumped on REDDIT about 4 months ago when all those hundreds of millions if not billions of ELCR shares were bought up in the low TRIPLE 0s.
The FBI has a new task force in conjunction with the SEC/FINRA to watch social media like TWITTER, REDDIT and FACEBOOK for just such pumping/trading activity.
In FACT two/three weeks ago the SEC brought charges against some non descript internet blogger for illegal pumping/trading activity. He will not be the only one either.
