There will be turbulence ahead for sure, but I love the deal with close to $0.5B in cash to avoid dilution, and projects in Australia, Canada, Argentina and Japan. In addition, they are profitable again thanks to the recent jump in lithium prices, which now favors producers over explorers. The key will still be execution, but both CEOs are much better than their predecessors. I feel more confident with this than in the company we shared ( or shared.
