A couple of factors in my opinion. First, there is the fact that there is definitely some dilution. If you look at the O/S and the history from filings you can see that is an ongoing challenge. Also, the merger with BrewBilt Brewing is very exciting and could be the merger that turns things around. But, there is a reverse split of 1/150 as part of the merger as stated in the Pre14C filing. The RS could benefit the health of the share structure greatly long term and if the merger goes through it could really be a game changer, but the market is weighing all these things as there is likely some dilution and it's now a waiting game. Those are my thoughts
