I just gave one reason as to why a company MAY want to do that. It could be much more complicated than just what I posted.
All sorts of possibility, such as keeping the finances separate...
But no matter, I'm only stating possible scenarios.
Who can say, until they tell us?

Being led around by people who tell you what you want to hear, is not only dangerous, it's not much of a trading strategy.
