Yes, but the 20% or so shares additional to yesterday's float devalue everyone's shares now.

Further, I do not think the ability to sell the options they received is contingent on performance.

Meanwhile, enough with the speculation. It is absolutely wrong, and I hope is or will be illegal, for Cortex to operate by withholding vital information.
