Universal Express Inc fka USXP

I realize this is basically a bashing site and I don't know USXP, so I won't comment on them, but North American is a fairly well established carrier. They fly schedule out of JFK and BOS to the Carribean and South. They fly out of Alaska and LAX to Hawaii. They do a lot of charter work for Getaway Vacations (club med and such)

Their owner was the guy who fired the air traffic controllers for Reagan. Used to head the FAA. Might make him a real a##hole, but there's benefits to that kind of access.

I don't know if Universal can buy them, but I wouldn't ridicule their value. Look them up yourselves.
