SGOO was ncodesystems. Today, per NVSOS SGOO filed a name change to Geniussqrd. Names on documents match both companies and is suspected that Geniussqrd is gonna merge and be a spin-off of GNUS, NASDAQ ticker half billion market cap.

This is from a previous merger of GNUS a few yrs back:

It suspected that SGOO or Geniussqrd as of today (based on name matches and name) is gonna merge with GNUS and be a spin-off co called Geniussqrd.
