Brother. That's fantastic!! Great find. I absolutely overlooked that, which in hindsight is pretty silly on my part. But I was really busy today with my Real Job. You know, the one that pays a lot less but gives a consistent paycheck and in my case defends our Freedom! :^)
I literally just tore through that filing in a matter of just a few minutes and didn't think about the fact that it came a couple of weeks or so before RS.
I'd give you a "follow" but I did that already like 7 years ago!! Lol.
So in reality this is EXTREMELY ATTRACTIVE funding- adjusted for RS that is about $1.72 per share.
Normally I do more DD before buying, but I'd been familiar with this ticker and the price I loaded up at today is a good bit lower than my last pre-RS sell, so I pulled the trigger without looking much first.
Now that it's behind us, I'm glad etrade gave me a nasty-gram. I'll be holding my 20K+ with more confidence.
In my experience, bad funding terms is typically a bad sign!! Years ago, I got run off from UBQ* message board when I pointed out (while the SP was at 2 cents) that the CEO was issuing himself convertible debt at 001 on the simple explanation that it was "par value". I ended up more correct than I wanted to be, because eventually it worked its way down to 001, at which time I loaded, and then it went to no bid! Fortunately I bought some at no bid for the hell of it and then got out with a nice profit during this year's insane Penny Stock Carnival.
Best of luck to you here and elsewhere. Game changing find, IMO.
