I'm of the opinion where there is Scram bracelets we are not far behind
any third party vendor/lab I'm assuming can create their own custody mythology in accordance with what ever governing body applies to that particular region and would not necessarily have to be in the control of PCHM
essentially selling them patches for 'Research'

after all it's only been about a decade we've been tracking the growth of pharmchem the next 10 years are wide open ...
