It’s actually quite simple - have you read the extension filed the end of March? If not, here it is:

It clearly states:

Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof? [ ] Yes [X] No

The above is pretty clear - no anticipated changes in results from the corresponding period. Then again, I think this was known by the base of shareholders.
