Dear John,
The P in them PMs you send me is you Pee'n into the wind. (or) #msg-624557 "What iHub members do with PMs they [receive] is NOT [controlled] by any part of the Terms of Use agreement. As for why is simply, PMs are a function of Trust & Respect." (or) Golly unGood Grief John, #msg-1443887 The Question and Answer Board (MATT) Posted by: gotmilk In reply to: jmhollen ... Regarding "..Private Messages.." (PMs) on iHub..: 1) Are Private Messages on iHub truly private between the parties exchanging them? [stop.] John, ... back to asking questions and getting answers, as not only is it both an art and science to do it successfully, but sometime a "test case" is of value to accomplish the deed. You could have also asked: x) Are Private Messages on iHub truly private between the parties exchanging them, in that neither can make public... I'll be that test case... [stop.] (or) re: "... PMs are a function of Trust & Respect." a.k.a. John, You have neither of those in my view. "As for why is simply" You have a need to have your name attached to many items. Your importance associated with them be of a false valence, is true in that you will stand next to many others, but never combine in any portion with those you wish to associate with, as its in name only, not any true union to share parts with. "As for why is simply" Imagine you as a stranger to a hundred accomplished folks, and you walk up to each and say Hello, and they reply Hi back. You then walk away while they ask "Who was that?" and get feedbacks of "Lost soul, weirdo, crazy, spaced out... etc" But unknowed to them you had an accomplished hiding in the shadow taking a picture of the spoken exchange of you and them others do the empty mean-nothing Hello-Hi bit. Later you go to your highschool 25 year reunion and show these ... Ya'up, hundred pictures of you in "conversation" of a hunded successful people. Ya'up, the false impression you give to others that you have already "arrived" rather than the truth of a nope.
