Looks can be deceiving. This PR did not break significant new ground. No argument there. What was the interpretation of the previous releases regarding securing funding, increasing staffing, securing materials, accelerating production schedules, etc? What do those sound like? They "sound like" the company is growing, expanding and producing at even greater levels than they anticipated, don't they? not all hope is lost.

That's not my point. My point is that there is absolutely nothing new in today's PR, so there is no reason to release it as a PR. KBLB could have posted this on their FB page and website for free. But no, they paid to have this already-announced information released to the public. Again. This information isn't news. They're wasting money. Every time they release a PR that says absolutely nothing new or useful, they're taking away hope & credibility, and it shows in the share price reactions.

If there's nothing new in today's PR, it's only meant to pop the share price, or at least stop the steady decrease that has been seen for the last month. If the purpose behind that is so that the CEO can continue to sell shares through his corporate sell program for more than he would if he DIDN'T PR this, then that should be illegal. Plus, if he really believed that this stock was going to double or triple (at a minimum) in the next few weeks or months, or even if he just had knowledge that the company was actually going to make money soon - which almost guarantees that the stock price will increase - why would he sell anything now? He made millions of dollars over the last few years from stock he has already sold, so he doesn't need the money. So if he's selling now, why? And if he's selling his shares, why shouldn't anyone else?

This is all on-topic!
