Wondering if Beita was being a pain and had enough with the public company aspect of things, he was the one that complained about shareholders reaching out and getting bothered.
He just probably just did not want to be a part of what they were bulding and I do believe that he was the older one of the bunch.
Frankly would rather have Sami in the fold due to his dealings with prior buy outs and his product design knowledge, he is certainly more an asset than what Luis seemed to bring to the table
