I hope the MM's don't fill 'em and make 'em pay for the .0006's like everyone else.

Main reason stockguy65 for the .0004 on the bid IMO is:

MM's sell your shares at the bid... so if .0004's are showing it means you will only get .0004 if you sell while it's showing on the bid, and they are trying to get peeps to Uptick to .0005's for bid support and to test buying strength in order to move on up to .0007's.
