Where in the $40M PR was it mentioned these companies would form a JOINT Company? Therein lies your BIG difference between the two PR's. And, no matter statements to the contrary, in the Business World, moving a Strategic Partnership from the simple Partnership state to the Joint Venture Company state, is HUGE!

So why exactly is this PR news? In January, they said they were going form a joint venture with King's Group, and today they're announcing that the paperwork is done for the joint venture that they said they were going to form with King's Group? I'm sorry, but if you need an announcement that they got their paperwork done for everything that they say they're going to do, it doesn't sound like there's much else going on right now.
