Spot-on, B-man! The company announces they have upgraded their Strategic Partnership into a full-on Joint Venture Company with the entity they formed the Strategic Partnership with and it's poo-poo'ed. SMH. Nowhere in the initial agreement did it say the two SEPARATE companies were going to combine their efforts into one JOINT company. Yes, they were going to strategically work together. But, join forces under one roof? Never mentioned. Now it is, and it's a very strong business move, but, it's tempered down. Wow.

The lack of KBLB understanding or business acumen is astounding at times. Although, I must say, it does fully explain why the stock is being traded at these levels. I cannot wait for Mr. T to get us out of this OTC cesspool!!!
