Kimbrown - Did you read what the restrictions are? I suggest you do. In January, when the letter was published, I predicted here that it would be challenged as restriant of trade. My mistake was expecting the challenge to come from Quicken Loans and the big banks as it severely curbs $volume of loans they can sell to Fannie and Freddie.

What do these restrictions have to do with the financial crisis of 2008?
