I can tell you I do and I’m 45 i started with 165k in my ira even now with being down so much I’m at 1.1 million :) there is plenty of money to be made! And yes I wish I had sold more in my IRA no tax :) oh well live an learn I bought most of my shares at .0007 - .0009 so I’m still doing good!
