This is an excellent post and exactly why you have to be smart, analytical, and forward looking (or filthy rich). The second you sell, you are on the hook for actually +30%. It doesn't really add up in the end unless you are flirting with a million or over a million dollars. Or unless you love giving to the government so they can give out to.......nevermind, won't go there
