Aqfl, If they are shifting acreage to JG I am not sure how that works. I thought at one time BMIX had a 47 percent stake in JG. Now it looks like it is 30 percent. Have they used some of the ownership stake to purchase the acreage?

One potential issue is the political climate in Brazil and how that may impact doing business there. Hopefully, the company has done a great job bringing the right people on board and building relationships with the appropriate people....

Recent Developments
On March 3, 2021, we provided the necessary 60-day notice of intent to fully redeem a note issued by us in 2014 with $244,000 in original principal and held by a Trust. After such redemption, past-maturity third-party convertible debt remaining would aggregate $186,736 in principal and we intend to fully extinguish it within the second quarter of 2021.
In my opinion which doesn't mean much because it is what I understand from public information available the company looks like it has promise. Leadership has a major stake in its success and does not want to see the stock price drop and will be rewarded nicely with the stock price increases.
also, look at the positive investment news from Triton funds. I continue to be optimistic long term but I would like to see some more positive news including the uplisting to OTCQB. I think that will give this some juice. We will see if the wait is worth it.
