AGRA~I think they have something in mind for...... developing the company in a positive direction and do not want to accrue enormous debt in the process. The people involved have a lot of experience, so I see it as positive. These guys want to make money. I don't see it as anything to worry about because they just hired a new CEO to implement a corporate strategy.
Of course, I know you'll do your own due diligence, however, that's what I am thinking today. Keep 2 things in mind though, 1) I am a very positive person and tend to be optimistic and 2) I don't mind waiting for things to take off.
