I am not sure what the filing is saying. Or the intent behind the filer? That's the problem.

I think Horton Capital management LLC is a holding company(?) and has suffered a decrease in valuation primarily as a result of the decline in value of its largest position, KRMD.

The actual filing was by Horton Capital Partners Fund, LP. I am not sure what the legal relationship is between Horton Capital Partners Fund, LP and
Horton Capital management LLC.

My opinion is that Horton Capital Partners Fund, LP, because of investor pressure is positioning itself to sell some shares in KRMD. Horton capital management was a poster child of success while the price of KRMD ascended.
