Thanks for your comment. This lazy CEO would be valuable only if he can expand the current business to other profitable businesses (Soku, e-learning, etc.). Under the current business model (100% income from real estate), this guys is nothing but an extra layer, in other words, he is useless. Looks like Russ has two sons/or relatives in the company and they can manage Sinacory. Russ can focus and work on other business expansion.
