The bottom line here is that all loyal NSAV shareholders have nothing to be concerned about and the negotiations with three companies are proceeding as planned and we hope to sign at least one of them this week and issue a major press release.

The preceding Tweets have only to do with Riper and not any other acquisition that NSAV is currently working on. As you are aware, I have not yet released the name of the cryptocurrency exchange that we are in negotiations due to a confidentiality agreement.

To all loyal NSAV shareholders, there is no cause for concern here at all and NSAV will issue a press release when the transaction is finalized, as that is both the legal and ethical procedure.

At the request of the other party and because of a confidentiality agreement, I have been asked not to make any additional public statements regarding Riper until a transaction is finalized and I will respect that request.

Last week, Mr. James Yau graciously was on NSAV's segment of the Emerging Growth Conference to explain Riper's platform and it was very well received and very exciting and we thank him much.
