How in the name of all that is decent has this company managed to avoid declaring bankruptcy?

I just tried to convince myself to buy some with the "maybe a bounce is coming" mentality, but there's just no logical way to justify it. At least the OS only went from 9M in November to 250M in February... so someone is paying a cost above zero for shares right!!

$663M accumulated deficit? Hahaha. Good old RNVA. Used to run hard while they diluted the living daylights out of it, but now it looks like they should just be amazed it's still around 004 and not back to no bid yet. Impressive!!!
