Boat, Rocky Ten, initForMoney a Question if I may. What I find most interesting about the 10K (info up to 12/30/20) is not so much what it says, but what is not there. What is missing is Gold. They list only Diamonds now, but not Gold. This was not so in the 10Q (info up to 9/30/20) as both were listed. (a 3 Month reporting difference) A few other things that seem to be missing include (from 10Q to 10K) are around 7000 acres of Rights from the Jequitinhonha Project (that was Diamonds and Gold but is now just Diamonds) and the removal of the Exploratory Mining designation from the Project. They also seem to have come up with over 23,000 acres of sand that is now listed separately. Now, this could explain some of the decrease (as it is now listed separately) but at first glance, I do not think so as the sand was already in this area, to begin with. The Jequitinhonha Project was 28,794 acres (Diamonds/Gold) but is now listed at over21,000 (?) acres with just Diamonds. The Pindaisa Project (Gold, 1,300 acres) also seems to be missing. I do not see where any of the Gold Rights have somehow transferred to JG and Fogassa, even at the Point of a Gun, would not give this up on his worst Day so the Question is, What do you think of this? I have my logical thoughts ( or maybe I am just wrong) but yall are above my Pay Grade so what are your thoughts? HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH ALL :)
