Premier is a toxic funder, and the only reason they're willing to "buy" shares is for the immediate 25% gain over the lowest VWAP of that period. As long as there's liquidity in the stock, they'll continue to dump.
I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
