My communication wasn't to give a "reason" for potential delays, but for people to understand that it does take time for this process. The article, at least to me, reaffirms my understanding that typical China accounting standards are not up to the same level as what we expect in the US as well as in the Intl. community. I wanted to share that in order to have people understand that the amount of work involved in preparing a company is unknown until you really commence with the effort.

I thought this would be more interesting to this forum than quoting from my Soldier of Fortune magazine.
