That can be construed as duress...

On the other hand, we did receive the WMIH stock and any lawyer worth his degree will be able to argue 'that is F&R'. Sadly, any lawyer worth his degree will also be able to argue 'that is not F&R'. To be sure, their ability to make such arguments will evaporate once all of the money being argued over is used up. We have all heard horror stories about that kind of thing happening.

Thank goodness THJMW was looking out for shareholders. Maybe she could have done more, but at least we survived to get WMIH stocks and (as some of us believe) we will get more.
