The obscene part is the bonuses they get for the equity sales. Do so crappy performance wise that the only option you have is to sell equity at a discount to market to get needed cash diluting existing shareholders and pay yourself a bonus for doing so.

What does the Board think is going to happen if they don’t pay the bonus? They won’t sell the equity?

The BOD is asleep at the switch.

I wonder how the compensation committee rationalizes this?
