Very good point. If it ever even passes.

But I doubt it is lawful, to outlaw something that is safe, and needed to keep people safe.

Medical waste must be heated up with with high temp steam or dry heat, to decontaminate, even if one does not pyrolyze it.

People that have no knowledge of science and engineering have no business writing laws and regulations.
