Hi AZ, this buyback from KKR only, very rare occurrence if you will, was it to preserve the NOL’s ?
The overall percent of the shares bought back from KKR, is just less than 5% of the over all outstanding.
Somehow get a feeling, a big share for share might be in the works, but we peons might be the last to know.
But been bitten so many times , keeping hopes to the absolute minimum.
