Many in markets do not understand stocks trade on anticipated news, not old news. If news is out, it's priced in. Buy @ $.14(coming)and it might be on momentum, but much of the return will have been eaten up.

Buy @ $.01 and it goes to $1, that's a 9900% return on investment. Buy @ $.14 and it goes to $1, that's 615% ROI. Huge difference.
