Remember, if DGF can VOTE with all their unconverted commons, then we would have got the quorum in NO time last year. fact..

NOT once, twice, or 3rd ext.. we didn't get enough votes for the quorum.. also fact

Clearly there's a some rules and regulations in place to prevent them from voting with their FUTURE 99.99% ownership..
