Come on you know 2 & 3 are nothing. That TA has a policy not to give out SS of their clients I said that 2 years ago. In this case there is no client to tell them anything. The TA just reports to the OTC whatever is on their books, that's why the numbers have not changed since 2015.
If you believe the OTC site about Brian then you also have to believe that CACH is an SEC Reporting company. Can not have 1 true without the other, right?
As for who paid and updated the OTC site back in 2016, well that's anyone's guess. Maybe I'll shoot them off another email and see if they answer.

It could go up and/or it could go away, time will tell.
