Q3 ends February 28. He implied they are working on that one as well. For some reason they want to file them all (simultaneously). Just saying, if they file, perhaps they will file them all and catch up so we won't lose any time, in the end.
And after they file, I want them to hire a different auditor. And do the things that are needed so that the 10-K will be filed on time. Take an example from GURE who was always late until the shareholders were so fed up that eventually the company changed somthing (what, I don't know) so now they are on time.

This is a $5 billion company if they execute on all fronts. It is trading at $50M now or 1% of potential future value. Of course there is a reason why it's not a $5 billion company now.
