I use the word lying in a more restricted sense than you do. I don't use the word about things that may or may not happen in the future. But I concede that he must have understood that it was very unlikely that filing audited numbers would be filed in the time frame suggested.
Since there is so little documented information available I don't pay much attention to what Chad Sykes stated. It should be regarded as a very high-risk speculation. I guess he would advise investors to stay away from such a speculation.
I am not convinced that the CEO is a crook. But I am fairly sure that he has a deficent understanding of international financial markets if he has been honest about the plans for the company he has outlined. I guess there will be some short of show-down during the next few months.
