Even if the forward-looking crap included in the PR comes true, a share price of $.50, which represents a 50% decline from the post the 1-for-10,000 Reverse Split price of $1.00, overvalues BAYP! Given 311,357,777 OUTSTANDING SHARES as of March 8, 2021, even a lowly share price of $.10 is ridiculously too high!

BAYP has no known business operations and no assets, thus a Market Cap of $31,135,777.70 (311,357,777 X $.10) is beyond FANTASYLAND!
