Oh yeah...dude! Strickland is going to register the stock with an S-1? LOL

Bayport International Holdings,Inc (OTCBB:BAYP)is involved in the ownership and development of high-profile hospitality properties and other potential real estate ventures.

This is going to be hilarious if Strickland carries through with a S-1. Where he has to explain this so called involvement past a mailbox drop.
