VTSI from looking strong in the $9's about an hour before the close yest...to $5's premarket. Ouch. They announced an offering of 3M shares at $6.

Might be worth another play if there's a panic selloff to $5? EPS won't be as big going forward with 3M more shares. But they've got a couple of easy comps coming up and should have $2+/share in cash on the balance sheet after the offering. Plus after yesterday's crazy move over $10, I'm guessing this one gets another nice pop on the slightest positive news (contract win etc).
