That's humorous, but the earlier question remains unanswered. Since PCTL shares the same attributes as Tesla, etc., I asked:
Are products, audited financials, shares, etc. hallmarks of a scam?
If the answer is a negative, then PCTL can't be seen as a scam. If the answer's positive, then all tickers are scams. (I doubt that.)
I do hope the above clears up any confusion in my last message. Here are my words in totality, if anything's needs to be reviewed.
